La Escotilla

At the Myrtea shopping centre we were handed an empty unit of around 300 square metres and a brief to design, from scratch, a Warhammer 40,000 and strategy games shop, with its storeroom, sales area and gaming room.

The previous shop had blind spots, and some products had sat unsold for a long time because nobody saw them. We laid out the sales area by the entrance so that every product was in plain sight. The result was immediate: as soon as it opened, items that had been gathering dust for months started selling.

We also added a gaming room connected directly to the shop. People who play want a new set when they finish. Having it a few steps away does the rest.
