Only what you give us when you contact us through the form, by email or on WhatsApp: your name, your phone number or email address and what you tell us about your project. We use it to reply to you and, if you instruct us, to prepare a proposal and carry out the work.

If there is no commission, for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry. If there is, for as long as the practice's legal and tax obligations require.

Who we share it with

Nobody, for commercial purposes. Only with the technical providers we need for the website and email to work (hosting and email delivery), acting on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask us to send it to you, by writing to contacto@arquitecturabuendia.com. If you think we haven't handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. YouTube videos don't load until you click on them.

Statistics

To understand which pages are useful and how to improve the website, we anonymously count visits and the use of the chat, forms and contact buttons (page, language, country, mobile or computer, and the answers to the multiple-choice questions). We don't use cookies for this, and we don't store your IP address, name, phone number or email, so we can't identify you. This data is stored with Cloudflare and only the practice can see it.
