Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask

Do you work for other professionals?

Yes. We work for builders, estate agents, property managers and other architects, as collaborators. You keep the relationship with your client.

My property has an extension without a licence. Can it be legalised?

Often, yes, depending on its age and the planning rules. We look at your case and tell you the options: legalisation or a certificate of age.

Can you prepare the plan the notary or land registry is asking for?

Yes. We prepare the plot or building plan in GML format and, if needed, the Catastro update afterwards.

The town hall has raised queries about my application. Can you answer them?

Yes. We read the council's report, work out what can be justified and what needs changing, and draft the response point by point.
